1. Open up the picture you want to edit.
2. Open up the liquify window by going to Filter>Liquify. Change the brush size so the diameter is about 3/4 the size of your victim’s face and choose the ‘Forward Warp’ tool.
3. Use short strokes to start pulling the cheeks of your victim out to make them look chubby. If you mess up, or distort the mouth too much then choose the ‘Reconstruct’ tool and brush over the area you went wrong in (try not to brush over the areas your happy with!).
