Step-By-Step Instructions:

Creating a cool stainless steel navigational header

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create a shape as shown using pen tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer. Place on the other sides.

Create some small tiny circles and apply same layer style.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create another rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create more rounded rectangles for the buttons using rounded rectangle shape tool.

Select and merge all the button layer. Change the layer mode to “Exclusion”.

Create some connecting rounded rectangular shapes using round rectangle and elliptical shape tool.

Create some circular shapes and apply same layer style.

Select and merge all the layers. Duplicate and change the layer mode to soft light.
