Create a new Gradient fill like shown in the figure. 7. Select Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle just below the layer 1 and fill it with Radial gradient from Left to right. 8. Now, right click on the layer with the circular gradient selection and select blending options. Give the settings like shown in the figure. 9. Now, select the special effect brush.
